Regular quality meeting
Today, the regular meeting of the Quality Department was held. The meeting began at exactly ten o’clock in the Quality Office, in the presence of the head of the Quality Department and the quality coordinators for the departments, class teacher Dr. Mona, physics Dr. Safia, mathematics Dr. Abeer, Arabic language Dr. Daou, and kindergarten teacher Dr. Ghalia and engineer Intisar
The meeting opened with a morning greeting and the attendees began discussing the preparation of the nine documents. Dr. Safia thankfully designed and printed the administrative organization of the educational program, which will be circulated and approved in the departments.
The head of the Quality Department presented a template for writing departmental reports on the quantitative evaluation of standards, and it was circulated through the quality coordinators, provided that it will be received by the departments in a completed form on Thursday at the latest.
I have received a response to our correspondence regarding obtaining a student card, tuition fees, and the mechanism for refunding them. It was brought by the employee of the college registrar’s office, Engineer Hanadi, thank you.
Mr. Al-Bahloul, the College’s Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs, joined our meeting and raised the topic of writing a follow-up report on what has been accomplished in the executive plan. Dr. Ghalia presented a model for this because of her experience on the topic of writing strategic and executive plan reports. He in turn stressed the necessity of the meeting of the committee in charge. And reformulate the report in more detail.
